Returns, refunds and the warranty
Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to return anything unused and in its original packaging. Email sales@sandycats.com with your order number before you send it, then ship it to Sandy Cats, 2009 Porterfield Way, Suite M, Upland, CA 91786. You just cover the cost of sending it back. We refund the item price; the original shipping charge already went to the carrier, so that part isn't refundable.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and we've checked it, we refund the item price to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
Canceling an order
Email sales@sandycats.com before your order ships and we'll cancel it and refund it in full. Once it has shipped, it's a return.
Refused or undeliverable packages
If a package comes back to us because it was refused or the address was wrong, we'll reship it one time at our cost. Just email us the right address.
International returns
Shipping it back, and any duties on the way, are covered by you, same as a US return.
Warranty
Every Sandy Cats product carries a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects, under proper use and within published service life. See our Warranty and Service Life page for how to make a claim. You cover shipping the item to us, and we take it from there.
