Refund policy

Returns:

We have a 30-day return policy for all unused, unworn, items in original packaging. All roof top tents built to size will incur a 20% return fee. You will be responsible for return shipping to Upland, CA.
 

Cancel my Order:

All orders must be cancelled by e-mail at Sales@SandyCats.com prior to shipping date. Roof top tents built to size will incur a 20% fee after production has started.
 

Undeliverable address, refusals:

Additional shipping charges will apply.
 

Warranties:

All OffKamber, Inc (also doing business as "Sandy Cats") products will have a one year warranty unless otherwise specified. You will be responsible for shipping defective product to us in Upland, CA.
